Nearby easy train links to wherever you need to get to in the city. Purpose for our stay had been going to see Taylor Swift Eras tour and it was such a good spot, easy to get to and from Wembley stadium. All staff were lovely, easy booking in and out. There’d been no issues but I’m sure if there had been, staff were easy enough to locate and approach, should we have needed anything. Also didn’t hear a peep from rooms above/next door either throughout the night so a very peaceful sleep! The shower is slightly low if you’re a tall person (that’s a you problem) but no issues with temperature or water pressure! Breakfast had been well stocked with the classic English breakfast and a cereal/fruit/yoghurt selection, well cooked and a great variety, well fed for the day! Great spot if you’re in need of a simple hotel for the night, I will definitely consider this place again for any future stays in London!

The people at the reception were very polite and willing to help us in anything we wanted to ask.The hotel is located in a very safe and calm area very close to the metro station on foot and even closer to a bus station, which is really important to reach the city center. Many shops like super market etc are located very close in case you need to by anything any time. The rooms where very clean and we had a daily change of our towels. We really appreciated the fact that they provided us a solution to the problem we had with the fact that we wanted to have heating in our room also during the day in case we stayed inside. The mattresses were very convenient!

This is a brilliant gem of a hotel in Hempstead. From start to finish we had a lovely time. The hotel is 5 minutes from Finchley road tube and as a result can reach central london in 20 minutes. We booked the hotel to watch westend theatre and it was extremely easy to commute and the parking facilty was brilliant and didnt spend anything extra at all for parking. The check in was very smooth and we had all the information at hand the guy at the check in desk dealt with all our queries very efficiently.

The room was comfortable and very clean. I particularly loved the shower and the all in one body wash/shampoo/conditioner. A quiet location in an affluent area and so close to Finchley Road Tube station. The breakfast buffet included a great range of items and the staff there were very professional and always ensured that the buffet was topped up. I ordered toast and did not have to wait long for it. The receptionist was also very professional, helpful and friendly. A credit to you!

The twin-bedded room was very comfortable. Plenty of power points, hot water in bath and shower, crisp white cotton bed linen and good quality towels refreshed daily. Lots of hanging and shelf space for clothes. The location was perfect with easy access to public transport, shops and restaurants. Great breakfast, including gluten-free. Friendly and helpful service 24x7.
